A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with the client's order. Payment to be made by cheque, crossed a/c payee only unless you wish to pay cash directly to the supplier by hand.
An itemized invoice will be supplied along with proofs for approval. The balance owing must be paid in full when returning the verified proofs. Orders will only be dispatched on receipt of full payment.
Proofs must be fully checked and carefully verified before being signed and returned. Any amendments must be clearly marked. The supplier accepts no responsibility for any alterations required once the proofs have been verified by the client. Any such alterations will be charged for, based on the amount of further work required to rectify.
Cancellation of completed orders will be charged in full.
Once the proofs have been checked and returned the client must allow at least 14 days for the order to be completed. Orders should be placed no less than 10 weeks prior to the date of the wedding; this will allow time for proof checking and replies to invitations.
Rush orders may be accommodated but incur an additional charge which will be quoted.
Although every effort is made to maintain consistency throughout an order, handmade items and materials vary slightly and therefore every item will be unique.
Price increases will not affect an order once it has been placed.
All orders once completed can be collected by the customer free of charge from Deeping St Nicholas.
Prices do not include Postage or Packaging, however there is free personal delivery on all orders over £75 up to 10 miles from Deeping St Nicholas (50p per mile after that)
Deliveries further than 20 miles from Deeping St Nicholas may be fulfilled via Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service at our discretion. Prices can be checked on www.parcelforce.com (look for parcelforce 48).
